Remi partnered with Para to introduce AI-powered voice messaging into their SMS workflow. Over an 81-day A/B test, subscribers were split into two groups:
- 68% received a standard two-message text series
- 32% received a personalized voice message delivered 24 hours after the initial SMS
The voice message, recorded by Founder and CEO Oscar Adelman, was personalized with each recipient’s name and included a 40% off coupon—mirroring the offer in the text series but delivered in a more human, engaging format.
